Your name, phone number, suburb and renovation requirements, plus an optional email address and service preference. The system also records when the enquiry was received and its follow-up status.

Why we collect it

To review your request, contact you about your renovation and coordinate any next steps you agree to. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list or book a site visit.

Where your enquiry goes

Enquiries are stored in the website’s database for authorised follow-up. Your submitted details are not shown in the public website or portfolio. Basic technical records may be used to protect the form from automated abuse.

Updating your details

When the team contacts you, you can ask to correct your enquiry details or request that they be removed. Avoid putting sensitive identity, payment or medical information in the renovation description.
